The Eastern Residential Support Board Inc. (ERSB) is a non-for-profit organization located in St. John's, Newfoundland, and Labrador. Established in 1998, ERSB provides group home and residential supports to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. ERSB operates 13 homes in the greater metro area and provides services to approximately 38 residents. Also, the organization provides a unionized workplace (NAPE) and employs approximately 150 employees.

Eastern Residential Support Board Inc. is mandated by the Department of Health and Community Services. The Board is charged with the responsibility of ensuring that each resident enjoys a living arrangement which addresses basic quality of life issues. Each resident is provided with a clean, safe, secure and a comfortable environment. Community inclusion, increased independence, diminishing maladaptive behaviors, and ensuring each resident receives the necessary level of support services to achieve these objectives are the major areas of focus for ERSB.
